比賽規則及章程

藝術教育是啟發創意與靈感的關鍵。IYACC 致力於為廣大藝術愛好者提供一個尊貴、專業的展示平台。獲獎作品將有機會於著名的上環文娛中心展覽廳公開展出，這對每一位參賽者而言，都是一份無上的榮耀與肯定，成就難忘的藝術旅程！

第一部分：視覺藝術比賽

1. 報名與參加方法

• 填寫報名表格：

• 網上報名者：請上傳付款紀錄，並將實體作品以郵寄或速遞方式寄出。
• 紙本報名者：請將已填妥的報名表、付款紀錄及實體作品一併寄出。

2. 參賽組別

• 兒童及青少年組別：開放予 2 至 18 歲的年輕藝術家，為他們提供發掘潛能的舞台。
• 公開組（本屆新增）：歡迎 18 歲以上之成人藝術創作者報名參與，展現跨越年齡的藝術熱情與深度。

3. 2026 年度賽事重要日程

• 公眾報名及作品遞交截止日期：2026 年 9 月 24 日
• 比賽結果公佈：2026 年 10 月 10 日

4. 評審與計分準則

• 大會專業評審團將根據畫作的構圖、用色、技巧及創意作整體獨立評分，全面發掘孩子的藝術潛能。
• 比賽名次會嚴格根據參賽者所屬之年齡及主題組別作出評定，確保賽制絕對公平。
• 為最大程度鼓勵年輕藝術家，如出現同分情況，將頒發相同級別的獎項，讓優秀的才華獲得應有的肯定與榮耀。

5. 參賽費用與作品發還

• 參賽費用：每份作品報名費為 港幣 $100（僅限第一部分）。
• 作品發還手續費：如需申請發還作品，須另繳交 港幣 $50 手續及行政費。
• 逾期發還申請：若於報名截止日期後才申請發還，須繳交港幣 $100 逾期附加費及港幣 $50 手續費（合共 港幣 $150）。

6. 作品規格與技術守則

• 尺寸限制：作品尺寸上限為 35cm (闊) × 45cm (高)。
• 西洋畫：接受油畫、塑膠彩（丙烯）、水彩及粉彩等媒介。
• 中國畫：強制要求：不接受純書法作品；作品必須托底或裝裱於厚紙 / 卡紙上，以防運送或展出時破損。
• 數碼藝術及設計：強制要求：必須 同時提交 電子檔案（300dpi JPG 格式）及實體列印本（最少 A4 尺寸）作評審及展覽用途。
• 紡織及纖維藝術：強制要求：作品必須裝裱，且總厚度不得超過 20mm。

第二部分：作品展覽及頒獎典禮（嘉許活動）

1. 參與資格及邀請

• 僅限獲頒發獎項者（冠軍、亞軍、季軍、金獎、銀獎、銅獎或優異獎）將獲邀參加。
• 獲邀者須依照第二部分第 2 點內容申請出席展覽及頒獎禮。
• 只有成功提交申請並獲官方確認及獲得電子入場證之參與者，方可出席展覽及頒獎禮。未有申請或未收到確認及電子入場證者，不可參與是次活動。

2. 活動參加及獎盃訂購

• 受邀之得獎者如欲參加展覽及頒獎典禮，請於 2026 年 10 月 20 日 或之前報名。
• 每份得獎作品之參與費用為 港幣 $350，包括：
  • 參與頒獎典禮
  • 專屬印名獎盃
  • 於上環文娛中心展出作品之專業安排
• 若不出席典禮但希望訂購獎盃，可繳付 港幣 $250，獎盃將於活動後以順豐到付方式寄出。

3. 活動日期及地點

• 展覽及頒獎典禮將於 2026 年 10 月 31 日 及 11 月 1 日 舉行。
• 時段公佈及電子入場證發送將於 2026 年 10 月 24 日 進行。每位參與者將獲安排其中一天及一個指定時段參與，將透過電郵通知。
• 所有參加者須 準時出席 指定場次。
• 地點：上環文娛中心 展覽館
• 主辦單位有權按情況更改日期或地點。

4. 安全責任聲明

• 所有參加者及同行人士須為自身及他人安全負責。
• 主辦單位不承擔任何活動期間之意外或損失責任。

5. 更改與取消政策

• 如遇不可抗力因素（如惡劣天氣、公共安全限制等），主辦單位有權更改活動日期、地點或形式。
• 除主辦單位取消活動外，所有已繳費用概不退還。

一般規則（適用於第一及第二部分）

1. 個人及團體報名安排

• 個人報名：所有證書、作品（如有申請）及獎座（如有申請）將根據 報名表所提供之地址 個別寄出。
• 團體報名（如畫室、藝術老師）：所有證書、作品（如有申請）及獎座（如有申請）將 統一寄送至報名表所提供之團體地址。

2. 聯絡方式

• 主辦單位以 WhatsApp (+852 9261 9309) 作為主要聯絡方式。
• 接受電郵聯絡：arts@iyacc.org。
• 參賽者可能會收到主辦單位以 WhatsApp 要求補充資料或澄清報名內容。
• 請確保報名表內填寫之電話號碼及電郵地址有效及可使用，以確保聯絡順利。
• 主辦單位對因聯絡資料錯誤或無法聯絡所造成之延誤或問題，恕不負責。

3. 宣傳用途授權

• 參與比賽即代表同意主辦單位可使用參賽作品、得獎者姓名、及活動照片/影片（可能包含參賽者、家長或老師之肖像）作宣傳、存檔或市場推廣用途，而無需額外通知或支付費用。

4. 修訂權利

• 主辦單位保留隨時修改此比賽規則及章程、日程安排、活動形式及地點之權利，恕不另行通知。所有爭議將由主辦單位全權決定。

5. 退款政策

• 所有報名及相關費用一經繳交，概不退還，包括因個人原因取消、缺席或被取消資格等情況。

IYACC The 19th International Open Visual Arts Competition 2026
Rules and Regulations

Artistic education is the key to inspiring creativity. IYACC is dedicated to providing a prestigious and professional platform for art enthusiasts to nurture their talents. Winning artworks will be exhibited at the renowned Sheung Wan Civic Centre, an exceptional honor and milestone for any aspiring artist to create an unforgettable artistic journey!

Part 1: Visual Arts Competition

1. How to Join

• Application Form: Please visit our official competition page for details and enrollment: https://www.iyacc.org/iyacc_arts_19th.html
• Online Applicants: Upload the payment record and send the physical artwork by mail or courier.
• Paper Applicants: Send the completed form, payment record, and physical artwork together by mail or courier.

2. Age Categories

• Youth Categories: Open to young artists aged 2 to 18 years old.
• Open Group (New for 2026): Open to adult participants above 18 years old, encouraging a lifelong passion for the arts.

3. Important Dates (2026)

• Registration & Submission Deadline: 24th September, 2026
• Results Announcement: 10th October, 2026

4. Judging & Marking Criteria

• The professional judging panel will evaluate each artwork based on its composition, color usage, technique, and creativity.
• Rankings are strictly determined by comparing the artworks within the same age group and theme category to ensure absolute fairness.
• To maximize encouragement for young talents, tie scores will result in shared awards of the same level, guaranteeing that exceptional talent receives its rightful honor.

5. Fees & Artwork Return

• Entry Fee: $100 HKD per artwork (For Part 1 only).
• Artwork Return Handling Fee: $50 HKD per artwork.
• Late Artwork Return: Applications submitted after the deadline will incur a $100 HKD late fee plus the $50 HKD handling fee (Total: $150 HKD).

6. Submission Guidelines & Technical Rules

• Maximum Size: 35cm (W) x 45cm (H).
• Western Painting: Oil, Acrylic, Watercolor, and Pastel are allowed and welcomed.
• Chinese Painting: Mandatory: No pure calligraphy. Artworks must be mounted or backed on thick paper/cardboard to prevent damage.
• Digital Art & Design: Mandatory: Hybrid submission required. Participants must submit BOTH a digital file (300dpi JPG) and a physical printout (minimum A4 size).
• Textile & Fiber Art: Mandatory: Must be framed. The total thickness must not exceed 20mm.

Part 2: Exhibition and Award Presentation (Recognition Program)

1. Eligibility and Invitation

• Only award recipients (Champion, Runner-Up, Gold, Silver, Bronze, or Merit winners) will be invited to participate.
• Invited winners must apply to attend the Exhibition and Award Presentation according to Point 2 below.
• Only those who successfully applied to participate and receive official confirmation with an E-ticket are allowed to attend the Exhibition and Award Presentation. Those who do not apply or do not receive confirmation and an E-ticket are not permitted to attend.

2. Participation and Trophy Fees

• Invited winners who wish to participate in the exhibition and award presentation must apply on or before 20th October, 2026.
• The participation fee is $350 HKD per winning artwork, which includes:
  • Award ceremony participation
  • A personalized trophy with the winner's name printed
  • Professional exhibition setup at the Sheung Wan Civic Centre
• Those not attending but ordering a trophy only may pay $250 HKD. The trophy will be sent via SF Express (Cash on Delivery) after the event.

3. Event Date and Venue

• The Ceremony and Exhibition will be held on 31st October & 1st November, 2026.
• Time slot announcements and E-tickets will be dispatched on 24th October, 2026. Each participant will be assigned one date and a specific timeslot, notified via email.
• Punctual attendance is strictly required.
• Venue: Sheung Wan Civic Centre, Exhibition Gallery.
• The Organizer reserves the right to change the date or venue under unforeseen circumstances.

4. Safety Disclaimer

• Participants are responsible for their own and others’ safety.
• The Organizer assumes no liability for accidents or incidents during the event.

5. Changes and Cancellation Policy

• The Organizer may adjust the event’s schedule, format, or location due to unexpected circumstances (e.g., severe weather, public safety limits).
• No refunds will be issued unless the event is cancelled by the Organizer.

General Rules and Regulations (Applicable to Part 1 and Part 2)

1. Individual and Group Applications

• Individual Applications: All certificates, artworks (if requested), and trophies (if ordered) will be mailed individually to the address provided on the application form.
• Group Applications (e.g., art studios, teachers): All certificates, artworks (if requested), and trophies (if ordered) will be sent in bulk to the group's address provided on the application form.

2. Communication Channels

• The Organizer uses WhatsApp (+852 9261 9309) as the primary communication method.
• Email communication is also accepted: arts@iyacc.org.
• Participants may receive WhatsApp messages from the Organizer requesting additional information or clarification regarding their enrollment.
• Please ensure that the phone number and email address provided on the application form are valid and active to ensure smooth communication.
• The Organizer is not responsible for any delays or issues caused by incorrect or unreachable contact information.

3. Promotional Use

• By participating in the competition, you agree that the Organizer may use submitted artworks, the names of winners, and event photos/videos (which may include portraits of participants, parents, or teachers) for promotional, archival, or marketing purposes without additional notice or compensation.

4. Right to Amend

• The Organizer reserves the right to modify these rules and regulations, schedules, event formats, and venues at any time without prior notice. All disputes will be resolved at the sole discretion of the Organizer.

5. Refund Policy

• All enrollment and related fees are strictly non-refundable once paid, under any circumstances, including cancellation due to personal reasons, absence, or disqualification.
