Rules and
regulations
1.
The age of participants is determined by
their age on the deadline date for competition
registration, which is 16th September,2024.
Please ensure sufficient postage for mail.
2.
Each group will have Champion, 1st
Runner-up, 2nd Runner-up, gold, silver, bronze,
and merit awards. All participants will receive
a certificate of commendation.
3.
Tie Scores: If a tie occurs, there will
be more than one winner in each category. For
example: If Participant A and Participant B both
score between 95-100 points, they will both be
awarded Champion.
4.
Winners will be invited to the award
ceremony and exhibition. To participate the
award presentation and exhibition, a fee of $350
is required. The fee includes award ceremony
cost, venue cost and cost of trophy with name.
Failure to pay this fee will result in
ineligibility to participate in the ceremony,
exhibition, and to receive the trophy.
5.
There is no limit to the number of
entries per participant; there are no
restrictions on materials used for entries. The
size of the work must not exceed 35cm x 45cm. If
the thickness of the work exceeds 3mm, it will
be returned via SF Express Cash on Delivery.
6.
Artwork return after the deadline, an
additional late processing fee of $100 (+$50 for
return of work) totalling $150 will be charged.
The organization reserves the right to refuse
any late return requests.
7.
Artworks will be returned one month after
the award ceremony to those who apply for their
return. The organizing body is not responsible
for any damage or loss during the mailing
process.
8.
The competition results are final as
decided by the judges and are not open to
dispute. The organizing body has the final
decision-making authority over all arrangements
for this competition.
9.
The organizers reserve the right to
change competition regulations, rules, and
arrangements including dates and locations
without prior notice. In case of any disputes,
the organizers have the final decision-making
authority.
10.
Please read the competition regulations
carefully; by registering, participants or their
parents agree to comply with these regulations
and arrangements made by the organizers.
11.
The organization reserves the right to
use photos or works of the competition or
winners for promotional activities related to
this organization, including but not limited to
publications, press releases, and websites.
12.
All individuals attending the award
ceremony should be mindful of their own safety
and that of others present. In case of any
accidents, the organizing body will not assume
any responsibility.
By making payment and
submitting this online registration form, you
acknowledge that you have read and understood
the competition rules and regulations and agree
to unconditionally abide by them and accept all
decisions made by the judging committee.
比賽規則及比賽章程
1.
年齡分組:
參賽者在比賽報名截止日期該天的年齡。比賽報名截止日期為2024年9月16日。請確保信件郵資充足。
2.
每一組均設冠、亞、季軍，金、銀、銅獎及優異獎，每位參賽者均可獲得嘉許證書。
3.
如出現同分，每一組獎項便會多於一個。例如:
參賽者A參賽者B
一起獲得95-100分，參賽者A和
參賽者B
會一同獲得冠軍。
4.
如得獎者獲邀參加頒獎典禮及展覽，需每幅作品另繳交$350作為頒獎典禮、展覽場地及印有姓名的獎盃之費用。
未有繳付頒獎典禮、展覽場地及獎盃之費用將不可參加頒獎典禮、展覽及獲得奬盃。
5.
所有參賽者參賽作品數目不限;
所有參賽作品物料不限。作品尺寸不可大於35cm x 45cm。作品厚度超過3mm，作品發還將使用順豐到付寄出。
6.
截止日期後申請作品發還:
需要額外繳交逾期手續費$100
(+$50作品發還)
共$150。本會有權拒絕任何逾期的作品發還申請。
7.
申請作品發還的參賽者：作品於頒獎典禮後一個月後發還。發還作品於郵寄過程中如有損壞或損失，主辦機構概不負責。
8.
比賽結果以大會評判之決定為最終依歸，任何人不得異議。主辦機構擁有本比賽所有安排的最終決定權。
9.
大會有權更改比賽章程、規則及賽事安排包括更改日期、地點，而無須事先通知，如有任何爭議，大會擁有最終決定權。
10.
請詳閱比賽章程規則；一經報名，參賽者或家長即表示同意並遵守比賽章程及大會之安排。
11.
本會保留權利可將比賽或得獎者相片或作品用於與本會有關的推廣活動，包括但不限於刊物、新聞發佈及網站上。
12.
所有參加頒獎典禮人士應注意自身及在場其他人士之安全，如發生任何意外事件，主辦機構將不會承擔任何責任。
