1. Age Categories: Contestants’ age groups are determined by their age as of the competition registration deadline (28^th April, 2025).
2. Deadline:
   • Submissions must be postmarked by 28^th April, 2025.
   • Ensure sufficient postage. Insufficient postage will incur a HKD $50 handling and administrative fee per mail item.
3. Awards: Each category will have Champion, 1st Runner-Up, 2nd Runner-Up, Gold, Silver, Bronze, and Merit Awards. All participants will receive a Certificate of Recognition.
4. Tie-Breaking: If multiple contestants achieve identical scores, duplicate awards will be issued. For example: If Contestant A and Contestant B both score 95-100 points, both will be awarded the Champion title.
5. Award Ceremony Fees:
   Winners invited to the ceremony must pay HKD $280 per artwork to cover participation costs and a trophy with printed name. Unpaid fees will result in exclusion from the ceremony and forfeiture of the trophy.
6. Submission Guidelines:
   • Unlimited entries per contestant; no material restrictions.
   • Maximum dimensions: 35cm (W) × 45cm (H).
   • Artworks exceeding 3mm thickness will be returned via SF Express Cash on Delivery (recipient pays shipping).
7. Late Return Requests: Post-deadline return applications require a HKD 100latefee+HKD100latefee+HKD50 return fee (total HKD $150). The Organizer reserves the right to reject late applications.
8. Artwork Return Process:
   • Returned artworks will be dispatched one month after the award ceremony.
   • The Organizer is not liable for damage or loss during transit.
9. Judging Authority: Competition results are final and binding as determined by the judging panel. No disputes will be entertained.
10. Amendments: The Organizer reserves the right to modify rules, schedules, or arrangements (including dates/venues) without prior notice. All disputes will be resolved at the Organizer’s sole discretion.
11. Agreement: Submission of the entry form confirms that participants/parents have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all rules and arrangements.
12. Promotional Rights: The Organizer may use competition photos, artworks, or winner images for promotional purposes (e.g., publications, press releases, websites) without compensation.
13. Safety Disclaimer: Attendees of the award ceremony are responsible for their own safety and that of others. The Organizer assumes no liability for accidents or incidents.

比賽規則及比賽章程

1. 年齡分組：參賽者年齡以比賽報名截止日期（2025年4月28日）當天為準。
2. 截止日期：
   • 參賽作品須於2025年4月28日前寄出（以郵戳日期為憑）。
   • 請確保郵資充足；如郵資不足，每件郵件將收取港幣50元手續及行政費。
3. 獎項設置：每一組均設冠、亞、季軍，金、銀、銅獎及優異獎，所有參賽者均可獲發嘉許證書。
4. 同分處理：如出現同分，該組別獎項將增設名額。例如：參賽者A與參賽者B同獲95-100分，兩人將共同獲得冠軍。
5. 頒獎典禮費用：
   獲邀出席典禮的得獎者需為每幅作品繳交港幣280元，以支付典禮費用及印有姓名的獎盃。未繳費者將無法參與典禮及領取獎盃。
6. 作品提交規範：
   • 參賽作品數目不限，物料不限。
   • 作品尺寸不得大於35厘米（寬）×45厘米（高）。
   • 厚度超過3毫米的作品，發還時將以順豐到付寄出（收件人支付運費）。
7. 逾期發還申請：截止日期後申請作品發還，需額外繳交逾期手續費100元 + 作品發還費50元（共150元）。主辦機構有權拒絕任何逾期申請。
8. 作品發還流程：
   • 申請發還的作品將於頒獎典禮後一個月寄出。
   • 郵寄過程中如有損壞或遺失，主辦機構概不負責。
9. 評判決議：比賽結果以大會評判決定為最終依歸，任何人不得異議。
10. 章程修訂：主辦機構有權更改比賽章程、規則及安排（包括日期、地點），且無須事先通知；所有爭議以主辦機構最終決定為準。
11. 同意聲明：提交報名表即代表參賽者或家長已仔細閱讀、理解並同意遵守所有規則及安排。
12. 宣傳使用權：主辦機構有權將比賽照片、作品或得獎者形象用於相關宣傳（包括但不限於刊物、新聞稿及網站），無須另行補償。
13. 安全責任：所有參與頒獎典禮人士須自行負責個人及他人安全，主辦機構對任何意外概不承擔責任。
